New compounds and new sipe design have been used introducing the latest technological features. Furthermore, Winter Sottozero™ 3 has been co-developed with premium and prestige OEMs.
Run Flat – No pressure drive
The Pirelli Self Supporting system presents specific reinforcements inserted into the sidewall’s structure.
Pirelli Run Flat tyres support lateral and transverse loads of the vehicle even in the absence of pressure.
What the tyre markings mean
- XL
- Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.

Great value for money
Wet braking is excellent. Gave me real confidence on a flooded motorway stretch. Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before. Holds well in snow and slush.
