The directional profile with 3 longitudinal grooves has effective water drainage in aquaplaning situations and good directional stability. In addition, the tyre has excellent cornering stability and steering precision.
- Reinforced XL construction for higher load capacity
The tread design focuses on balanced performance in warm weather — predictable cornering, secure braking and even wear over the season.
Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

A step up from my old set
Does exactly what a summer tyre should. Happy with the purchase. Stable and precise in summer heat. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

Good, not perfect
Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Tyres themselves are great. The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Great value for money
Had them fitted last month. Wet grip is confidence-inspiring and they look the part too. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

All-round good pick
Bought on price, staying for the quality. The 401 High Performance punches above its weight.
