Toyo Observe EWS1 - precise steering and driving stability
The Observe EWS1 has been specially adapted to European winter conditions. The newly developed rubber compound and the new construction offer both comfortable driving characteristics and improved handling on dry, wet and snowy roads.
Even at high speeds, the tyre offers precise steering and driving stability, and the Proxes R46 are original equipment for the Mazda CX-5

- XL

- M+S

Reliable summer rubber
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair. Stable and precise in summer heat.

Handles well
Decent tyre at a fair price. Tread pattern clears water well. Second set of Toyo on this car. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.

Worth the money
For this price I didn't expect much, but the Observe EWS1 genuinely surprised me. Put these on two months ago and the car feels noticeably more planted.
