As a summer tyre, the Advan Sport (V105) is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Does what it says
Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch. Tyres themselves are great. Balanced and predictable. No squirm even on hot asphalt.

No complaints so far
The car feels more stable in crosswinds since fitting these. Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate.

Fair tyre for the money
Had these through a full season now. Wear is minimal and performance hasn't dropped. For this price I didn't expect much, but the Advan Sport (V105) genuinely surprised me. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
