Good, not perfect
For this price I didn't expect much, but the BluEarth-4S AW21 genuinely surprised me. Very quiet on tarmac.

Comfortable over rough surfaces. My old set used to thump over every bump. Handles standing water better than my previous set. Nice not having to swap tyres twice a year. Not the last word in steering feel.
