Newly developed, highly rigid, asymmetric tread pattern for sporty driving
Emphasising driving comfort on the inside and steering stability on the outside. The rigidity of the inner shoulder was adjusted with fine grooves in the direction of the rolling circumference to ensure a smoother ride and greater comfort. For the wide rib on the outer shoulder, a blind groove has been added to increase stability.
The new design improves the overall performance balance as well as high-speed stability. The result is sharp steering response and a solid feel that the rider can feel.

XL: Reinforced tyre (XL)XL means Extra Load. The tyre is reinforced and can carry a higher load than a standard tyre of the same size. Always follow the vehicle's specified load index and tyre pressure.
Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.

Yokohama delivers again
Bought on price, staying for the quality. The BluEarth-GT AE51 punches above its weight. Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in.
