How do I find the right tyre size?

You can find the size on the sidewall of your current tyres (for example 205/55 R16) and in your vehicle registration documents. Enter this size in the search and you will immediately see all suitable tyres with prices and live stock.

How do I place an order?

Choose your tyres, add them to the cart and go to checkout. Enter your details, choose delivery to your address or to a fitting partner and pay securely online. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

Which payment methods can I use?

The available payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery country. Payments are processed by certified payment providers — your card details are never stored as readable data in our shop.

How long does delivery take and what does it cost?

Delivery usually takes a few working days, depending on the delivery country. The exact delivery costs are always shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises afterwards.

Can I have my tyres delivered to a garage?

Yes. At checkout you can choose a fitting partner near you. The tyres are delivered directly to the garage, the garage confirms your appointment and mounts the tyres at the agreed time.

Is fitting included in the price?

The tyre price covers the product and the delivery. Fitting is paid directly to the garage — the services and prices of each partner are shown before you choose.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of return on unused tyres in their original condition. Contact our support team and we will arrange the return together with you.

Are all tyres new and original?

Yes. We only sell new tyres from official European distribution. Every product page shows the official EU tyre label, so you can compare fuel efficiency, wet grip and noise level before you buy.

How do I know my order was successful?

Immediately after ordering you receive a confirmation by e-mail. After payment you receive a second confirmation, and you can follow the status of your order in your account at any time.
