3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

Would buy again
Handles standing water better than my previous set. Feel much safer in autumn rain. For this price I didn't expect much, but the Blizzak DM-V3 genuinely surprised me. Holds well in snow and slush.

Pleasantly surprised
Good value, though the sidewall is softer than my previous set. Bought a full set of Bridgestone for the family car. Could be a touch quieter on rough tarmac.
