Description

This tyre uses the RFT system. This means that, should there be a sudden loss of air, the tyre can still be controlled without any problems, mobility is retained, and it is not necessary to change the tyre on narrow or busy roads. Tyres with the RFT technology may only be used on cars with a functioning air pressure check system.

M+S
Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.

    A step up from my old set

    Good tyre overall. Would have liked a bit more feedback through the steering. Second set of Bridgestone on this car. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.

    Would buy again

    Ride comfort is the standout. Long journeys feel less tiring now. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Not the last word in steering feel.

    A step up from my old set

    Grip when pulling away on wet junctions is much better than my old tyres. For this price I didn't expect much, but the Turanza EL 450 RFT genuinely surprised me. Took a few hundred km to bed in.

    Good grip in the wet

    Had these through a full season now. Wear is minimal and performance hasn't dropped. Fitted before a long road trip. Stable and precise in summer heat.

    Would buy again

    Ordered online, fitted locally. The tyres themselves have been faultless so far. Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before. No squirm even on hot asphalt.
