Description

The high-performance winter tyre for challenging road conditions offers excellent grip on snowy, wet and dry roads. The Snow-Catcher-Technology is a special arrangement of the tread grooves in the middle area. This compresses the snow and provides an optimal basis for good grip. The "Bubble Blade" composite slat technology enables excellent winter performance with good profile stability at the same time.

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
Rim protection: Rim protectionA raised rubber profile near the bead helps protect the rim edge from light kerb contact. It cannot prevent every type of wheel damage.

Fitted and forgotten
They're okay. Comfortable enough, but I expected a bit sharper turn-in. Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before. Holds well in snow and slush. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.
