MICHELIN Agilis 51 Snow Ice

The perfect van and light truck winter tyre for use on the motorway

The Agilis 51 Snow Ice promises good traction on snow and ice as well as superb braking performance in wet weather conditions. Thanks to the use of Z-blades and specially shaped profile edges, superb grip can also be achieved on snow. The risk of aquaplaning is effectively counteracted by a specially inclined profile, which drains off water easily.

What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.
EV: Suitable for electric vehiclesThis tyre is optimised for the weight, torque, rolling resistance and noise requirements of electric and hybrid vehicles. The marking does not mean that it can only be used on an EV.
