High grip in snow: Maximum edges. Better grip in snow due to the maximum number of gripping edges.
Reliable performance on wet roads: Optimal AquaGroove positions. Optimally placed grooves absorb water, disperse it and quickly rinse it out of the tread.
Enhanced grip on ice: XL footprint. Increased ice contact area for higher power transmission.
Cost-saving tyre: good mileage for heavily loaded vehicles: Block Reinforcer. Increased tread stiffness through two-stage reinforcing elements between the blocks leads to less abrasion.

What the tyre markings mean

M+S: Mud and Snow (M+S)M+S is a manufacturer's indication that the tread is intended to offer improved traction in mud and snow. By itself it is not the same as the tested 3PMSF winter certification.
3PMSF: Three-Peak Mountain SnowflakeThe mountain-and-snowflake symbol identifies a tyre that has passed a standardised severe-snow traction test. It is the recognised performance marking for winter conditions.

Very happy with these
For this price I didn't expect much, but the Eskimo LT genuinely surprised me. Braking in the wet feels a touch longer than my old premium set, but at this price it's fair.
