Further development of the Eagle F1 Asymmetric family with significant improvements in both dry and wet conditions.

As a summer tyre, the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 is tuned for warm conditions: a firm tread compound and a pattern built for stable dry handling and short braking distances. On wet roads the grooves channel water away quickly to keep the contact patch working.

Like all tyres in our range, this model meets the applicable European safety and labelling standards and is produced under strict quality control.

    Okay for everyday driving

    Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Stable and precise in summer heat.

    Would buy again

    Solid everyday tyre. Nothing flashy, but it does everything I ask of it. Decent grip dry and wet, but they took a few hundred km to feel bedded in.

    Fitted and forgotten

    Switched from a budget brand to the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 — the difference in braking is obvious. Grip in corners is reassuring and the steering feels a bit sharper than before. No squirm even on hot asphalt. Slightly firmer ride than I expected.
