Ottinger delivers again
Switched from a budget brand to the Schneekette Marathon-Z 222103 — the difference in braking is obvious. Good winter tyre for the money. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama.

Braking feels secure
Fine for the price. Slightly more road noise than I hoped on coarse asphalt. Not the last word in steering feel.

Solid choice
Had these through a full season now. Wear is minimal and performance hasn't dropped. Fuel consumption seems slightly better since the switch.

Fine tyre, minor niggles
Bought a full set of Ottinger for the family car. Comfortable ride and no drama in the rain. Proper grip on packed snow, no wheelspin drama. Slightly firmer ride than I expected.

All-round good pick
Not the grippiest in hard cornering, but for normal driving they're more than adequate. Ordered online, fitted locally. Holds well in snow and slush. Nothing fancy, but fair for the price.
